About Me

 Cremio is the Head of Property Valuation and Real Estate Advisory. He is tasked with leading the Valuation and Advisory Department. Cremio has experience in the real estate market spanning from 2009 when he joined Knight Frank. Before joining Ask Real Estate, he was with Grnata Real Estate as a Chartered Valuation Surveyor. His work experience includes Valuations, Feasibility Studies and Property Management

Cremio is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), the premium regulatory body in Land, Buildings and the Construction Industry. Cremio is also an RICS Registered Valuer. He obtained a Bachelor of Science Honors degree in Regional and Urban Planning and a Masters  Business Administration (MBA) from the from the University of Zimbabwe. Cremio is a Grade A Real Estate  Regulatory Authority (RERA) of Bahrain Valuer.   • Feasibility Studies: Conducted feasibility studies for various initiatives, including Aquaponic systems for Dar Al Nabaa’ in Bahrain, an adhesive factory for Qatar Development Bank, a porta cabin factory for Al-Kobaese International Group, large-scale labor accommodations for Al-Shareef Holding in Qatar, a plastic pallet manufacturing unit for Jheir Trade Services in Saudi Arabia, and an aluminium composite panel plant for Qatar Development Bank.
  • Pre-Feasibility Studies for Qatar Development Bank: Prepared pre-feasibility studies for establishing a livestock medical center, a dry cement factory, a fishing company, a nail spa, a sword manufacturing facility, a tourism office, a kid’s zone, and a labor-training center, all in Qatar.
  • Policies & Procedures: Developed policies and procedures for organizations including the Bahrain Football Association/FIFA, Talal Abu-Ghazaleh University, the Ministry of Culture, Alireza & Sons Group, Mesk Holdings, Kooheji Contractors, KMC Holding, KMC Contracting, KMC Real Estate, KMC Building Materials, and Al-Noor Charity.
  • Off-Plan Project RERA Licenses: Secured RERA licenses for off-plan projects such as Fontana Infinity and ONYX Bahrain Bay.
  • Canadian School Bahrain Establishment: Played a key role in establishing the Canadian School Bahrain.
  • Price Restructuring: Conducted price restructuring for the Ministry of Industry’s patent and utility model services.
