Khalid K. Shaheen

Khalid K. Shaheen is the General Manager of ASK Real Estate, where he leads the company’s operations.

He oversees all of ASK’s divisions: Brokerage, Property Management, Facility Management, Valuation, Interior Design & Architecture, Owners Association Management and Hospitality. Together they serve a portfolio worth more than US$3 billion.

Khalid has more than 20 years of experience in Bahrain’s real estate sector. He was General Manager of PICK Properties, and before that he spent 14 years as Head of Business Development at First Bahrain Real Estate Development Company, where he found new opportunities and shaped strategy for major developments.

He holds an MS in Finance from DePaul University, plus an MBA and a BS in Accounting from the New York Institute of Technology. Khalid is committed to operational excellence, strong partnerships and the continued growth of ASK Real Estate.
