He holds multiple professional credentials, including Project Management Professional, CRPEP Certified Engineer, and Real Estate Regulatory Agency Licensed Property Manager. At ASK, he directs a workforce of more than forty engineers, supervisors, and technical staff, overseeing maintenance operations, contractor performance, life-cycle asset management, and compliance controls across all properties.

Shehab was instrumental in establishing the core foundations of Facilities Management, Property Management, and Owners Association operations, supporting the company’s structured expansion. He brings strong authority in budgeting, cost control, and strategic resource planning, with prior leadership roles in major engineering and industrial organizations.
