Shinu Devasia Kochuthoppil is the Valuation Manager at ASK Real Estate, leading the Valuation and Advisory Department and overseeing complex valuation assignments across the Kingdom of Bahrain. Active in the real estate field since 2006, he brings nearly twenty years of professional experience across both local and international property markets.

He is a Tier A Valuer licensed by the Real Estate Regulatory Authority and an Associate Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, registered as a Chartered Surveyor Valuer. He holds a Master of Business Administration in International Business and Finance from the University of Greenwich in London.

Shinu has led valuation mandates for secured lending for leading banks and for financial reporting of major corporations, hospitality assets, and landmark developments. His project portfolio includes Investment Gateway Bahrain in Hidd, Nurana Islands, Amwaj Gateway, Dilmunia Mall, Dana Mall, Crowne Plaza Diplomatic Area, InterContinental Regency Manama, Radisson Blu Diplomatic Area, Sofitel Bahrain Zallaq, City Center Towers Seef, the American Mission Hospital Saar, Gulf University, and Al Hekma School Sanad.
